Thank you for making the Prospect 10k such a success

Thank you to everyone who took part in or supported runners in our fifth Prospect 10k. A record 228 people signed up to take part and sun shone on those brave enough to tackle the mud and – for most who took part – obstacles that make our 10k such a unique event.

“We were thrilled at the number of people who took part in the 10k this year and there was a great atmosphere which was helped by having so many spectators on the course encouraging the runners on,” says Louise Brooks, Challenge Events Fundraiser. “Special thanks too to all of our incredible marshals who gave up their Sunday morning to make sure the course was safe, set up the obstacles and to cheer on all of our fantastic runners along the way.”

Thanks also to Matthew from Coffee Gang for keeping spirits high with lovely hot drinks and to St John Ambulance for providing their services on the day.

We hope to put up many of the photos taken on the day, but here is one taken by the Swindon Advertiser, with our thanks to them.
