In this section of the website you’ll find details about the range of services available to our to patients and their families. These are designed to provide support during every stage of a life-limiting or terminal illness and in every kind of care setting.

We care for patients at home, at our hospice and in care homes. We also run a programme of courses for patients to help them live with their illness, and offer specialist support to their families and carers.

As a charity, we’re able to offer all our care and support to our patients and their families free of charge thanks to the donations we receive from those in our community. There’s no bill to worry about at the end of any care as this is all paid for thanks to individuals, groups and businesses who donate and fundraise for us.
