#LoveProspect

Our #LoveProspect awareness campaign aims to educate local people and businesses about the end-of-life care services that we offer in our community of Swindon and north-east Wiltshire. We are the only dedicated end-of-life care service in this area. Our care and support are free of charge, bringing the best possible care to anyone who needs us.

We have a hospice in Wroughton, with an In-Patient Unit, Day Therapy and Family Support. Most of our work takes places out in the community, through our Prospect@Home and Clinical Nurse Specialist teams. We also have a Wellbeing Centre at Savernake Hospital in Marlborough and a team at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon. But we don’t just support the patient, we support their family, those closest to them, and their carers too.
