Be featured in our 2023 Christmas card collection
Grab your crayons, pick up your pencils and dust off your paint brushes as we’re looking for local young artists to design a Christmas card for our 2023 collection.
Each year, the hospice sells Christmas cards to raise money to fund end of life care for local people. The collection features a range of images from religious settings, local scenes and animals so there’s always something for everyone.
Next year however, our card collection will feature a design by a young local artist and the competition is now open for those aged 11 and under to enter.
There are no restrictions to the image you create. It could depict what Christmas means to you, it could be a scene that makes you think of Christmas or it could be something you think will sell well with our customers in our shops. To enter, your design must be completed on an entry form available from our shops and hospice reception.
You can also use whichever materials you like from charcoal to crayon, pencils or paint. We do ask though, wherever possible, that these images are hand drawn rather than digitally created and that there are no items stuck to the card as we’ll be unable to reproduce this in the production process.
How to enter
Entries must be completed on an entry form which you can pick up from any of our charity shops or from our hospice reception in Wroughton. This ensures that your design is kept to the size of our Christmas cards and can easily be transferred to our cards by our printers. To find your nearest shop, click here.
Entries must be handed in to one of our shops or into our reception by 5pm on Saturday 7 January 2023 and the winner will be notified at the end of January.
Please see below for full entry details.
