Covid-19 is affecting us all but Prospect Hospice remains operational in order to support the increasing number of our community needing end of life support. Here you'll find lots of information about the virus and information and advice that we think will help you at this time.

We couldn’t do what we do without considerable support from our local community. Find out all the different ways in which you can support Prospect Hospice, including fundraising, volunteering and purchasing from our shops. All contributions are greatly appreciated.
Complete 100k on foot, bike or in the water by the end of October
Whether you are a regular rambler, a seasoned swimmer or even a reluctant runner, this is the challenge for you.
Support your local hospice by setting yourself a 100 kilometre target and either run, walk, swim or cycle – the choice is yours.
Tackle this challenge at a pace that suits you, over a few days or a few weeks and in the location of your choice.
Just 1.66 kilometres a day is equivalent to roughly 2,100 of your daily steps!
Get the whole family involved and you could clock up the kilometres on the daily school run, in your lunch break or even walking your dog. If you’re used to running longer distances, why not complete park runs or half marathons?
You don’t have to do the challenge outdoors. Perhaps you prefer the exercise bike or treadmill at the gym or at home – it’s up to you.
You will have until 31 October 2021 to complete the distance. All we ask is that you raise funds to enable the hospice to continue caring for patients who are terminally ill and support their families.
We’ll support you all the way. When you complete the challenge you will receive a medal and certificate for your fantastic achievement. If you can raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship we’ll also reward you with a Team Prospect T-shirt.
Are you ready to get moving to do 100k Your Way?
