Our annual remembrance service takes place on Sunday 7 December 2025 at 4.30pm. At the heart of the service will be our Christmas tree, decorated with individual lights to represent those you have loved and lost. We also invite our community to share a memory in our remembrance book and dedicate a star to hang on our tree.
We’ll be collecting Christmas trees from homes across our community in January. Your tree can do more than just brighten your home. It can help bring warmth, comfort and hope to those who need it most. Every tree collected helps us provide vital care and support to families in our care.
We’ll be serving a traditional lunch in the Heart of the Hospice throughout December. Our seasonal menu includes all your festive favourites, from roast turkey with homemade gravy to Christmas pudding with brandy sauce.
