Spring Run 2020
Location: Stanton Country Park, The Avenue, Stanton Fitzwarren, Swindon, UK
Start: Sunday 15th March 2020 @ 10:00am
The Prospect Hospice Spring Run takes place on Sunday 15 March 2020 in the beautiful Stanton Park. You will have the choice of either to run the 5k route once or twice if you want to challenge yourself to 10k.
Why not use this opportunity to prove to yourself that you can set yourself a challenge and achieve a goal. Running is an easy way to improve your health and benefit your mental health. You could follow a Couch to 5k Programme which is a great way if you have never run before or want to get more active. Alternatively, how about following the 10K in Ten Weeks Programme if you want to run a longer distance.
Either of these could be an excellent start to a New year Fitness campaign.
So why not join us on a crisp spring morning running on a variety of terrains from farmland to gravel paths, whilst raising money for your local hospice.
Registration: £15 (5k route) and £20 (10k route) Suggested Sponsorship: £100
This challenging multi-terrain run will give you something to get stuck into early in the running season. Our 10km and 5km routes will cover woodland, farmland and rough track, a great event for regular runners, those looking to up their distance or try off-road running.
If you have any questions about the event, please call 01793 816161 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
