For more than 40 years, we’ve been a dedicated, non-hospital, end-of-life care service for patients and their loved ones - around the clock, every day of the year. Our mission is to ensure that anyone can access the best possible expert care whenever and wherever they need it – whether at the hospice or in their own home. As a charity, we only exist because of the generosity and support of our amazing local community.

We couldn’t do what we do without considerable support from our local community. Prospect Hospice is the leading provider of education and training for end-of-life care in Swindon and north Wiltshire. Working closely with you, our colleagues within partner organisations, we want to ensure that the very best care is available to everyone facing the end of life. This is why we provide education and development opportunities, all of which aim to encourage learning and build confidence in end of life care and support.
TCS London Marathon MyWay

Your race. Your way. This is your chance to be a part of the world-famous London Marathon event from the comfort of your own hometown! You can choose to run or walk and can take part solo or with friends and family. You have 24 hours to complete your own 26.2-mile route and will receive an official medal from the TCS Virtual London Marathon.
Prospect Hospice has five places in the London Marathon MyWay. To grab one of our places, click on the sign up here button above and choose Prospect Hospice as your charity of choice. These places are £30, and we’ll ask you to raise at least £100 to help us continue providing free end of life care to local people and their families.
£60 could pay for an hour of a patient’s stay on our inpatient unit, including expert clinical support and all of our running costs.
£110 could pay for a health care assistant’s shift on our Inpatient unit.
£233 could pay for care throughout the night for a patient in their own home, ensuring they are not alone and their family can rest.
