If you’re looking for a special way to celebrate or mark Father’s Day this year, why not book a table at a local charity café? By enjoying your meal there, you will not only create lasting memories, but your lunch purchase will also contribute to providing care and support for someone within your community at the end of their life.  The Father’s Day lunch at Prospect Hospice on Sunday 18 June offers a unique opportunity for local families to come together and celebrate those who have shaped our lives. Everyone is welcome, whether you plan to celebrate with your father and the entire family or choose to cherish the fond memories of a loved one who has passed away.

“We understand that special occasions can be challenging for many and our aim is to make this day as special as possible for those dealing with difficult circumstances.” said Carl Golding, catering manager.

Customers will enjoy a delightful two-course menu, carefully prepared by the hospice’s catering team. The menu features a variety of main dishes and desserts, ensuring a memorable dining experience for everyone.

“We understand that many people in our community have shared experiences with the hospice,” added Carl, “and we believe this is a lovely opportunity to celebrate with your father or honour his memory.”

The Father’s Day lunch costs £19 per person, and all profits from the sale of food will directly support the hospice in providing compassionate care for those living with terminal illnesses in Swindon and north east Wiltshire. Free parking is available on site and you can see the full menu here.

Reservations can be made by emailing cateringorders@prospect-hospice.net
