We couldn’t do what we do without considerable support from our local community. All contributions are greatly appreciated and enables us to deliver care that is free of charge to our patients and their families.
During the Covid-19 outbreak our doors are open wider than normal as we support people across Swindon and north east Wiltshire in their own homes, delivering an increasing volume of end of life support services to our patients in the community.
