Father and daughter team take on London Marathon Walk for Prospect Hospice

Father and daughter team Martin and Megan Nash took on the London Marathon Walk in September, to raise funds for Prospect Hospice. The duo admired the sites of the capital as they trekked 26.2 miles around the city, together raising over £1,350.

They said: “We had such a great day, everything from the atmosphere and seeing to sights to the greatest feeling of achievement when we crossed the finish line and knowing that we’d raised so much for the hospice made every blister worth it!

“When we put it out on social media that we were taking on this challenge the donations just started rolling in. Never did we imagine that we would raise so much money for the hospice! We’re so happy that we did it by taking ourselves out of our comfort zones.”
