You are warmly invited to join our celebration of life

Join our Light up a Life celebration and support vital hospice care in your community.

Our annual remembrance service, Light up a Life, brings together hundreds of people from across our community who have been touched by loss. It is a time for us to collectively reflect on the year and think about our loved ones who are no longer with us. Join us as we gather to celebrate their lives and support each other.

We are delighted to be able to again hold the Light up a Life service at the beautiful and atmospheric Christ Church in Old Town, Swindon. We will be holding two services on Sunday 3 December at 2.30pm* and 4pm*.

* Please note that both services are now fully booked. *

Below you will find a form for you to complete, should you wish to make a donation. We can no longer accept dedications for the book of remembrance as we are now preparing it for the service.

At the service, we’ll also have memory stars available for you to write your own words of love and remembrance of your special loved one. All of the memory stars we receive will be displayed at the hospice in Wroughton.

Jessica's story

“I will be taking part in this year’s Light up a Life service to remember my dad, Eammon. I do hope you can join me at the service to remember those you love.”

We encourage you to talk to your friends and family about how you are feeling, however, should you feel you need support from others at this time, there are many local organisations available to you to offer the support you need.
