Look back on a year of meaningful moments

In 2025, we measured the year not in days but in moments.

From fundraising events to community initiatives, each provided moments of care, comfort and connection. We are truly grateful for the staff, volunteers and supporters who made these moments possible. Together, we made every day count.

Providing outstanding care

We’re proud to be registered as ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This achievement recognises the dedication of our team, in providing truly personalised care to those at the end of life. It also reflects the relationship we have with our local community, whose support makes all of our work possible.
