Freedom to Speak Up Guardians

At Prospect Hospice we pride ourselves on our care and our staff that give and enable it. We’re dedicated in supporting and looking after all our staff and volunteers. One way in which we do this is through safe guarding. As part of the national Freedom to Speak Up Guardian initiative. We provide various ways that staff and volunteers can raise any concerns. This may be related to:

  • Unsafe patient care
  • Unsafe working conditions
  • Inadequate induction/training for staff
  • Lack or poor response to raised incident
  • Suspicion of fraud, corruption or bribery
  • A bullying culture across a team

If you have any concerns about the welfare of our patients, staff, volunteers or any of our visitors, please contact one of our Freedom to Speak Up Guardians. If you prefer you can speak directly our Interim COO.

All issues raised are kept confidential if requested.
