About the course

Aromatherapy has been around for thousands of years and is a popular complementary therapy that many people who are going through cancer treatments want to explore but don’t know where to start. There are many benefits to essential oils, which can include improvement of sleep and a reduction in pain and fatigue.

This two hour session will look at different aromatherapy essential oils that may be of benefit to use safely at home with a loved one, those oils which should be avoided, as well as ways in which to use them.

Who is this course aimed at?

This course is open to everyone but may particularly benefit those who are caring for a loved one who has received a cancer diagnosis.
